Semper Fi Motorman. You will never be forgotten. I lived in the City of Torrance in 1969 when I first started my career on the California Highway Patrol South LA office. I also became a Motor officer and i remember seeing Torrance PD motors in the city. They were always very professional in both their dress and their dedication to duty. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
