Your heroism and service is honored today, the 86th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

Rest In Peace.

Dear Officer Lee,

I also thank you for your dedication and service. It takes such a rare breed of person to do what you did and what thousands upon thousands of law enforcement officers do every day: place one's life on the line in order to fulfill an oath to protect and serve.

By the fact that your name and the details of your sacrifice are documented here, you are not forgotton by all. You are a hero.
