Andre,

Brother you were truly a good dude. I admired your basketball game before coming to admire you as a person. Bring the point guard on the JV team when you were the point guard on varsity, I patterned so much of my game after you. Seeing you after we both had graduated, I was more pleased with the man than I had ever been with the ball player

Rest In Peace

Andre Motley was a good friend of mine. Known as 'Isaiah' to me referring to the great Isaiah Thomas. He was my point guard at Weequahic High school n various summer leagues. He thru me my 1st alley oop. I can say he was a sincere good friend n a hell of a passer. He love to smile n he cared very much about people. He is missed very much to the day 20 years later. I just wanted to give him a shout out n let it be known that I miss him. Peace Isaiah!!!

Saturday, March 11, 1995 comes to mind quite often, standing on the top step watching you drive off in my car. I still have the $1.00 you gave me to pay the turnpike toll for my ride back home. You would be so proud of Aysia, she is you in so many ways. You will always be in my heart.
Love you,
