As my sister wrote above, our mother has never forgotten her father who she lost at such a young age. We would have loved to have met this man whom our mother clearly adored. May our grandfather continue to rest in peace and watch over us.

My mother is 91. She is Detective Kranz’s daughter and still yearns for him.
Thank you for remembering him and his family!

Detective John Kranz took police action as he saw fit. He is a true hero who had no fear of the underworld. May he rest in peace. He will never be forgotten.
