Reflections for Police Officer Frank H. Kohring

Five dollars for killing a police officer. Very tragic and certainly for the Kohring family very demeaning. Rest in peace Officer Kohring your bravery and honor won't be forgotten.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 86th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Rest In Peace.

A man's life, worth $5.00?! How sad that a public servant lost his life over a $5.00 fine. Officer Kohring, you are not forgotten by the men and women of the St. Louis Police Department. God bless you always.

Officer Kohring,
On today, the 82nd anniversary of your murder, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for the citizens of St. Louis. I think it was a travesty of justice that the scumbag that did this to you wasn't charged with murder.

YOU ARE REMEMBERED TODAY AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR DEDICATION AND SERVICE. YOU ARE A HERO JUST BY THE PROFESSION YOU CHOSE.

THIS WRITER IS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED THAT NO JUSTICE WAS SERVED ON YOUR BEHALF IN THIS CASE. WHAT AN INSULT TO THE DIGNIGITY, INTEGRITY DECENCY AND RESPECT THAT YOU BROUGHT TO YOUR POSITION. I AM SORRY THIS HAPPENED TO YOU. GOD BLESS YOU
