To fully appreciate the heroes of the present, we must recognize our heroes of the past. Your heroism and service is honored today, the 73rd anniversary year of your death. I am priviliged to be among the first to leave a tribute to you. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. Rest In Peace.

Officer Killfoile, no one who has ever directed traffic sees it as easy and safe. I am saddened by how many officers die doing that, what should be a mundane task. Thank you for your services to the people of Stockbridge and the Commonwealth as a whole.

God Bless and may you continue to Rest in Peace, Brother.

Directing Traffic can be a lot more dangerous than the average person realizes, yet it's a common part of the job, no matter where you work. You were out doing what you had to do and sadly, your life was taken from those who knew and loved you. You are a hero.

On this 68th anniversary of your tragic death, I just want to say, God Bless and may you continue to Rest in Peace, Brother.
