Trooper Joseph Kelly was my uncle, whom I never had the pleasure of meeting. He died in the line of duty in Plymouth and had graduated Holy Cross College. He was accepted at Boston College Law School and never got to pursue his dream. Thank you for your service Uncle Joseph.
