Reflections for Special Agent Richard E. Fass

I can't believe I'm from Phoenix an never once did I hear about this story until yesterday after watching "unsolved mysteries" boy am I glad that the caught those P.O.S nor does putting them away can bring back Richard, but atleast yu know they're rotting away, while Richard is resting in peace as a good man he was. Once again sorry for your loss it doesn't get easier lord knows I know it, I'm losing my grandfather as we speak, any day now as he's battling stage 4 colon cancer that spread everywhere. Thanks for your time.

SA Fass: Thanks for your service and dedication to our profession. Drug enforcement is dangerous work. I had the honor of attending the DEA Drug Commander's School in the new Quantico Academy. I thoroughly enjoyed being there. I worked off and on with local DEA Agents much of my career and always had the highest regard for the quality and dedication of their personnel. I'm sure you were just as exceptional as the other SAs that I have known. Thanks again for your sacrifice and dedication.

To fully appreciate the heroes of the present, we must recognize our heroes of the past. Your heroism and service is honored today, the 18th anniversary year of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. Rest In Peace

I pray for the solace of all those that love and remember you for I know both the pain and pride are forever.
