IN a sea of takers, I take the time to remember the life of a true Giver...may the life of those you touched be full and free, and may your sacrifice not be forgotten.

Det. Hendricks is/was my father. I am, unfortunately his only surviving daughter. I did not know this page or this organization existed until today. I would love the opportunity to correspond with Ofc 13011. My father was an amazing officer, father and man. My hero always. I am overwhelmed with this page and don't know what to say, other than you cannot imagine how deeply touched I am to know that even today, my father is remembered.

In 2014 I'm riding in the police unity tour for Detective Hendricks. I'm hoping to locate a family member to connect with. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for your service RIP.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the forty-first anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

Rest In Peace.
