To fully appreciate the heroes of the present, we must recognize our heroes of the past. Your heroism and service is honored today, the 59th anniversary year of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. Rest In Peace.

I remember hearing about this accident where my cousin was killed but have no contact with that branch of the family and wish to track them down. This was a large shock to my family.

Just a note to say that you maybe gone but not forgotten. My mother, Jean, is the last surviving member of your immediate family still living. She is the daughter of your older brother, Clarence. It has taken some time to find you on here because of the mispelling of your last name.
