Leave a Reflection

Reflections for Sergeant William Hall

Is this Officer related to the Goebel family in Spncer ? A Hall married a Goebel lady, and moved on to the old Ralph Goebel farm, I believe on Triplet rd. I recently met Amber Hall and told her we possibly were related.

This is my Great Uncle Bill, he and my Grandfather Crit Hall were the first West Virginia State troopers to get motorcycles. I have heard many stories over the years about them having to put at least a hundred miles a day on their motorcycles during the trial period. I am happy to have found this memorial page, and on behalf of the Hall family I thank those who have chosen to honor Uncle Bill.

My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
