We never met as I wasn't born at the time of your death, but I was always close with your wife Marilyn, my Aunt. She recently passed, and I will now carry with pride the memories and few pictures of you two from your short time together. May you both rest in peace together.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 53rd anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Trooper Gray,

On this day, 87 students and 3 of their teachers from Our Lady of the Angels School in Chicago joined you in Heaven. I trust you met them and protected them that fateful day, December 1, 1958. 5 more kids from OLA would join you later. Please watch over these babies and their teachers for they did not deserve to die the way they did (arson). Thank you for keeping the highways of NJ safe. Peace be with you!
