Sergeant Marquez-Alejandro
Thanks for your service and sacrifice to the good citizens of Puerto Rico. You sound like a great officer. I also applaud your service in the U.S. Army Special Forces. As a former paratrooper, you were no doubt a cut above and your service as a peace officer and trooper are all greatly appreciated by your brothers and sisters in the mainland.

To His son, I read your beautiful remembrance of your father and he must be so proud of you today and your attitude toward life. There are many ways of serving. I pray for your solace for I know both the pain and pride are forever.

Rest in Peace, Primitivo.

Of all the fathers, definitively it was the best of the world. Still I remember his voice saying my name and saying to me that he loves me. I learned many things of the life observing his dedication and effort in all the tasks that he realized.

My father was the whole warrior. He serve in the United States Army up to the moment of his death. He give several services to the army and it was in several places as Germany, England, Panama, between others. But always he love, with all his heart the Police Department.A few months before his death, my uncle and his only brother, the Officer Angel L. Marquez, died in an assault. Several times I tried that my father was resigning the police. But, it he does not import all the times one was asking for it always respond no. With the time I understood that more that it heloved in the life it was to take care to the neighbor.Every day I think about him. Every day, without mattering all the time finds spent I continue loving it. Because my father, I am very sure that continues loving me from where he is. Though I did not follow his steps in the police, but always I continued his advice. I do every day, a great work, as if it was the first one or last day of my life.

Those that reading this, I ask for excuses all for the orthographic mistakes, but though I speak very well the English, do not know write it very well. The really important thing, it is to said that this man that they see in the photo was a great policeman, person but especially a great father.

Daddy: I will love You every day of my life, until the Lord turns us to joining in the Kingdom of the Skies ".

Your son,
