I knew Jeff for about 5 years, back when I was a Police Explorer. Jeff always had a smile on his face. He was an excellent cop and a good friend. I visit you every year Jeff on June 13th and think of you often. God Bless and may you rest in peace.

I KNEW JEFF AS A FRIEND AND AN OFFICER. I BACKED UP JEFF ON CALLS RANGING FROM OPEN DOORS TO SUICIDE THREATS AND FIGHTS. JEFF WAS A FINE OFFICER WHO I KNEW I COULD COUNT ON AS A BACK-UP AND A FRIEND. I WASN'T WORKING THE NIGHT HE DIED. HE IS DEEPLY MISSED.
