I didn't know you or your family. But, for sometime, I have been been following your story. For the past few years I have gone to light a candle at church for you and your family. You are loved and respected by those that knew you and those that didn't get the pleasure of knowing you. The fight for justice still goes on. Rest in peace, Brother.

Twenty-five years...I hardly knew you, I was just a kid. You were just one of the guys barbequing under Pat's big white awning. But I will always remember that day...The phone ringing so early in the morning...My moms agonizing gasp as she cried out to my dad, "Dannys been..." And you were gone. But you WERE not...you ARE not...you WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN. JUSTICE FOR DANNY FAULKNER WILL PREVAIL

December 9, 2006

God Bless. His justice will be done so may you Rest in Peacing knowing this.

To Danny & Maureen well its been 25 years since that aweful night at 13th & locust at that time I was only 14 years old and I really do not remember this particular incident but I have a 3 friends that are now Philadelphia Police officers & I have myself like others have taken this case on as a personal issue. last year I went to Washington DC to the fallen law enforcement officers monument and found Danny's name on the wall & traced it out on a piece of paper & mow have it framed to always remember a BRAVE OFFICER who made the ultimate sacrifice. My thoughts will always be with you & your family. RIP Danny & someday I will see you on the other side 4699 forever in my mind.

Officer Faulkner, today marks the 25th anniversary of your tragic and untimely departure. It sickens me to see and hear all of the media hype that surrounds your cowardly killer and his precious rights. Today is your day and we will never, never, ever forget nor will we allow these left Hollywood bigots destroy your name and legacy. Rest in peace my friend, we will never stop fighting for you!!

Dear Danny & Family,

Channel 10 News had a story on your murder tonight, on the Eve of the 25th anniversary of your death. I was 9 years old when you were killed, and now the wife of a Police Officer. Can you believe all the raquet about Mumia...they are still fighting it! How sad for your wife and family to not be able to put this to rest. But, we live in a country that allows FREEDOM, the very right you died protecting. I am mortified that this idiot was not laughed out of court, and allowed to waste millions of tax dollars, not only on his support and survival, but on his defense. It is sickening! Officers are the only ones left that have to play by the rules... and it has only gotten more dangerous since your passing. I come here to thank you for your service, and remember you for giving your all. May your wife find closure and comfort in your memory, and may you remain in everlasting peace. Years ago, my husband bought a Danny Faulkner t-shirt...with a very clear message printed on the back. It is time to get it out, and wear it proudly once again!

Danny,
Twenty-five years tomorrow. You're not forgotten.

OFFICER FAULKNER,

I AM JUST SICK! THIS IS SUCH AN OUTRAGE! IN ST. DENIS FRANCE, THEY HAVE NAMED A STREET AFTER YOUR KILLER, TO HONOR HIM. IT IS SAID THAT HE IS A VICTIM OF A RACIST JUSTICE SYSTEM!
HE SHOOTS AND KILLS A POLICE OFFICER, FOR NOTHING MORE THAN A TRAFFIC STOP, AND HE IS A VICTIM. HE IS A STONE COLD KILLER, NOTHING MORE, NOTHING LESS.
OUR HOUSE OF REPRESENATIVES PASSED A RESOLUTION YESTERDAY DENOUNCING THE CITY OF ST. DENIS, THANKS TO THE EFFORTS OF REP. MIKE FITZPATRICK. THANK YOU CONGRESSMAN FITZPATRICK.
HOW MANY MORE TIMES DO THE FRENCH HAVE TO SLAP US IN THE FACE. THIS IS THE LOWEST THAT THEY CAN GO.

THANKS TO PAT'S STEAKS, EVERYBODY FROM AROUND THE WORLD WHO VISITS THERE FOR A STEAK SANDWICH, KNOWS ABOUT YOUR SACRIFICE. THEY HAVE QUITE A SHRINE TO YOU POSTED THERE. WHAT AN HONORABLE PLACE OF BUSINESS.

OFFICER FAULKNER, YOU REST IN PEACE MY FRIEND. I SALUTE YOU! NEVER FORGOTTEN.

I have followed your incident since I first became aware of it from Sam Donaldson on 20/20. I can not believe so many people can be fooled by this savage. I remind all of my fellow officers of those who support this coward killer. My father was a Chicago Police Officer killed in the line of duty on June 19, 1970. I know what your family is going through and I will pray for them. WE fight the good fight and I will continue too regardless of the fools who dont get it.

During the late 60's our city had problems with the racist Black Panthers party too. I read stories about Officer Faulkner and the vicious attack on him that cost him his life. I did not personally know him, I know he is a true HERO. May god bless you and your family. You will never be forgotten brother.

I never knew Danny Faulkner but I have family and friends in the Philadelphia Police Department and I Feel for the Family and Friends that have to go through the pain of losing someone. I feel for Danny Faulkner's wife for having to live with the pain everyday of her life because her husband's killer is only behind bars and not in hell for his crime. GOD BLESS POLICE OFFICER DANNY FAULKNER AND POLICE OFFICERS THAT WERE KILLED IN THE LINE OF DUTY..

You are gone, but not forgotten and regardless of what is going on throughout different misguided places, we in Philadelphia know the true story of how a brave and wonderful young defender of the people was struck down in cold blood.

Officer Faulkner, you are a true hero in every sense of the word and your brother and sister officer's just to the South of you will never forget you. Thank you for your dedication and service and we will never stop fighting for you. You are the true celebrity!

To: The family of Danny Faulkner
This reflection may be late, but In view of me being a U.S. Mint Police Officer for 11 years, and viewing this site, the Spirit willed me to write this message. I remember well when I heard the sad news about Dan, and think of him often in my thoughts and prayers. Feel sure that he is with the Lord. I salute him and all brother officers living and deceased. May you and the family be comforted in knowing that we care for our brothers in blue.
