Patrolman Durkin, today marks the 88th anniversary of your death. The City of New Haven lost a Police Officer that day. Your family and friends lost so much more. A Police Officer can be replaced, but an individual can never be replaced. You and every man and woman listed on this beautiful site, are individuals and those of us left to carry on the good fight, will not forget you.

God Bless and may you continue to Rest in Peace, Brother.
