Mr. Dulin,
Even though it's been 108 years since your End of Watch you are still honored and remembered. I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for the citizens of Denver. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Police Sugeon Dulin - A Healer and Cop all in one, what a tragic loss for your family and for Denver PD. Three Fridays ago, on a very rainy morning, I stood in the State Assembly chambers when your name was one of almost 250 read off during a motion regarding next month's Peace Officers Memorial Week. You are not forgotten.

Thank you for your service to the people of the City of Denver and the State of Colorado.

May God grant you eternal rest and may His perpetual light shine upon you.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 104th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

Rest In Peace.
