The recent events in this country make me sick!!!!! I find myself wondering what you'd think and then I remember our conversations about some things that were going on back before your death. Officer involved things. Heck we even had tshirts for the one situation in North Jersey! I still have yours, too.

You would be absolutely OUTRAGED at this stuff going on in our own Country, Mick.

I feel sick to my stomach knowing that today 5 more families have to understand the grief of being a police survivor. Praying there are no more, and praying for all the victims of the incidents today.

The violence NEEDS to stop. The hate NEEDS to stop.

I miss you every single day....and I will ALWAYS keep your memory alive. Thank you for the signs....I see them!!!!

Love you, Poop. Always.

Mickey Cullinane was my dads best friend until his death in 1992, he made the ultimate sacrifice to rescue my grandfather from a gas leak. I wish I could've met him, my dad tells me all the story's of when he was alive and he will never be forgotten by me or my dad. You will always be in my heart Mickey no matter what.

Mickey,
Everyday that I put my uniform on I think of you and remember your smile and the words of advice that you gave me in the summer of 1987 (when you weren't busting my stones). Today, on the 22 anniversary of your passing, your memory is stronger in my heart. God bless and thank you.

Michael,
They paid you a wonderful tribute and Mommy finally got to speak!!!It took 20 years....can you imagine? Not too many people realize the pain she has endured as a mother who has lost her son. She is never one to complain or cry. When we were all suffering and missing you, she was the strong one, and always tried to cheer us up.
We all move on... the widows, the children, the siblings, friends and co-workers. We all have a piece of our hearts missing..... but we move on.
How does she move on????

There are so many people who love you and it really showed at the ceremony.
Watch over Mommy now....she needs your help!

every day when i drive into sea isle, i go past your memorial site. many wreaths have graced that spot over the years.
i have seen the many lives that you have touched... your family, your police family, your friends, the people who never knew you personally, but knew of you, and i have watched them grow up, changing for the better, because of you.
i have attended the 200 club functions, and been amazed at how they grew in attendance every year, because of you.
i wonder what you would have become had you still been here. a good cop, father, husband, son, brother, friend - but you were already all of these and more.
so, instead, now you are a legend, an inspiration, a reminder of what it means to be a peace officer, a gentle whisper of what is means to be a good person , the best of what it means to be a model of the spirit of human goodness. god bless.

Happy 50th Birthday in Heaven, Mick. I cannot believe you would be 50 years old this year. You will forever be 30 to us all.

Missing you on this milestone Veteran's Day, and remembering how proud you were to serve with the USANG 177th. An appropriate milestone today, 11/11/11, for a milestone birthday.

Love you and miss you more than words can say.

I cannot believe it has been 19 years since I saw your beautiful smile or heard your contagious laughter. Sometimes it feels like yesteday....other times it feels like a lifetime ago.

Life is so very different today than it was in 1992. You would be shocked with some of the things that have happened in our world since your untimely death.

Hoping you are watching over all of us, but especially this weekend as everyone prepares for Hurricane Irene to hit and hit South Jersey especially hard. If you were here, you'd likely make everyone laugh with some sort of joke or smart-ass comment, even in the midst of high stress. You always had a way of lighting up a room with your smile, and making people laugh, even when they didn't want to!

I miss you every single day, Mick. Love you forever.
