This is one of my great grand uncles who came to Florida from Wheeler County, Georgia, with his older brother, Robert Luther Cox, in search of a great adventure. Both were handsome boys and hard workers, descended from Revolutionary War Hero, Moses Cox, of Washington County, Georgia.

His parents were William Bryant Cox and Martha Mozelle Calhoun of Wheeler County, Georgia. He had two sisters, Barbara Jenena Cox Jackson and Martha Rubye Orabelle Cox Rhodes. Lou and Luther were deeply missed by their family after their passing.
