Time may have passed but you are not forgotten. I believe as long as someone remembers you or speaks your name, you are still with us.
Thank you for your heroism.
GOD Bless

Theo Cobb was definitely a hero to all...especially his family, friends and fellow Troopers.
He was in the first graduating class of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and was very proud to serve.
Many stories have been shared throughout the years that lends to great memories of my wonderful uncle and other fallen troopers, as well as the many tributes on the state and national level to honor their service. We will never forget!

I remember it well. We were vacationing from California and family had contacted my brother Dennis in San Antonio, TX. He came to the motel where we were staying and told us Uncle Coot (Theo) had been killed by a hit and run driver. We returned to Ardmore to be with the rest of the family.

To fully appreciate the heroes of the present, we must recognize our heroes of the past. Your heroism and service is honored today, the 61rst anniversary year of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. Rest In Peace

My uncle Theo was my hero. Please don't forget him and the sacrifice he made for all of us.

His son Gerald Theo, my first cousin, was the Sheriff of Carter county, Oklahoma and is also my hero. They are both gone and I hope no one forgets what great men they were.
