Time may have passed but you are not forgotten. I believe as long as someone remembers you or speaks your name, you are still with us.
Thank you for your heroism.
God Bless

My Name Robert Barker and JG Hall is my step dad and Sophie Hall is my mother. Crosby Hall ex-chief of Police during that time is my Uncle. My Dad was with Louis J. Champer when he was killed and laied down his motorcycle to try to stop Champers fall to the ground after colliding with the car that pulled in front of him while chaseing a speeder. Champer was my Dads best friend and my Dad was very Hurt when he was killed and it affected his life over the years. As a young Boy I remember going to his house to visit when they had the days off together. My Dad loved him and his family and I still have him and his family in my memory. as you can tell. I can't say enough about this fine man and what a fine Police Officer he was. When he was killed Pensacola lost one of the finest Police Officers there is. I went to his funeral and it was a sad day for me as a young boy, it is a day forever in my mine. Thank you for giving me an opertunity to share this story. Robert G.Barker Now living in Mead, WA. North of Spokane.
