I feel like I am in need of guidance, just don't know how to go about getting it. Usually I can count on Granny to let me know in a dream, so if you got a minute maybe let her know that I need her help right now. I would really appreciate it.

I think of you often and everything you have missed. Ali being born, her graduating high school, and now she is in college. Me and Brandi and mom having such a strong bond and I know if you had lived I would have had one with you. I miss Granny too, but she was there everyday after you died. I am grateful that since you didn't get to be at Brandi or my graduation that Granny was there. We were cheated and I want to know who I get to blame for it.

So much turmoil in the world. Don't know what to think or even say about it. Every time something bad happens I think about the day you died and how you also got cheated!!

It has been a while since I posted anything but you know why. I had a wreck and actually got hurt this time and the weird thing is I had it 5 days before you died. Christmas Eve. Fractured pelvis, three fractures in my back and I walked half a mile with those injuries. They also say my nose is broke but Brandi said she doesn't see it and Lee said that it isn't I just have a Carpenter/Sawyer nose. Brandi and mom and even Ali were awesome. I know I'm not an easy patient either but I am healing well finally got to go back to work in February.

It's Christmas time but it doesn't seem like it. The weather is acting weird, I got a new job, I had to get out of Harveys. Best thing I ever did. I feel like a new person. As I get older I realize a lot of things and I'm changing the way I act and the way I see people.

I let your temper come out in me the other day! But I'm relaxed, not stressed beyond belief.

I can't believe Ali is a SENIOR!! Daddy, I'm getting old and I don't like it!! LOL!! She's so driven and motivated, nothing like me and Brandi when we were that age. That may be a good thing. She worked 2 jobs over the summer, and did cheer camp. She's also going to dual enrollment get some required college out of the way since she only need three credits to graduate. She's ahead, thank goodness. Mom is having health issues but of course you know this I think you still check on us a lot. I'm dealing with some things and I'm dealing with them in a way I never thought I would. Medication!! O tell Granny Happy Birthday, I know I'm a little late but not way late. I bet you guys partied!!

I can't believe everything that has been going on. Granny Ranow died and I did my best to be there for Mom, Brandi, and Ali. I think I did pretty good. I got a lot on my mind-so just help me out if you can.

In October it will be a year since I moved into the house that we (you, mom, brandi and myself) lived in. I did a lot to that house but it still feels like home to me even after all these years and all that work. Brandi and Jamey got them a doublewide and should be moving in soon. She is very happy. Ali picked out a room at my house as her room and it's my old room. Brand's old room is like an office but I have all of your plaques and certificated hanging in there and the picture of you when you graduated from the school in Forsyth. As always I hope you continue to watch over us and keep us safe.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 21rst anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

I pray for solace for those who miss and love you, especially your daughters, for I know both the pain and pride are forever.

Rest In Peace.

Still working on the house. Did you know that right after granny died i convinced myself that you faked your death and you was alive? Crazy, huh? I did that though...I just wanted to let you know that I think of you often and I miss you all the time.

I also loss my husband and my son loss his father in 2007. He also was a deputy but for Bibb County. On Tuesday the 22nd Aunt Linda got to join you and Granny. This was very unexpected. Uncle Pete, your brother, is doing very well. I know she's perfect now and she is with her parents and Uncle Johnny, you, and Granny. I know she has missed everyone and I bet she's happy to be with you all. We miss her though and we miss you too. Just let everyone know that you are all missed and none of you will ever be forgotten. We love you all.
