Leave a Reflection

Reflections for Deputy Sheriff Christina Musil

The true measure of a person
is not found in the
might of their arm,
their wealth
or their power –
it is found in the strength
of their character.

There is no greater testimony to
ones character, than ones
willingness to sacrifice all,
in the noble quest of
providing protection to all
whom they serve.

Deputy Musil,

I just came across your page after leaving a reflection for another fallen officer. This year is proving to be a very costly one for law enforcement. My heart goes out to your three children and your mother and siblings. I will pray for them.

Deputy Musil, a police officer should be remembered not by how she died but by how she lived! A brave woman has left to secure a safe path for the rest of us to follow. Thank you for your military service and 5 years of commitment to law enforcement service, to your family, and to the Dekalb County Sheriff's Office. Our country is a little less safe without you.
