Paul, being an outstanding police officer was secondary to the fact that you were an amazing human being first. I will forever cherish the years I had the privilege of knowing you and calling you a friend. I did not deserve the level of friendship you gave. Rest easy. I will see you again, and until then I will take care of things here.
