Chief Deputy Prorok, a police officer should be remembered not by how he died but by how he lived! A brave man has left to secure a safe path for the rest of us to follow. Thank you for your 8 years of law enforcement service, to your family, and to the Moody County Sheriff's Department. Our country is a little less safe without you. Rest in Peace Brother!

I am enraged by people who elude and use their cars as weapons. Chief Deputy Prorok was a good man, a good deputy and a great father. He was using non lethal force to save people including the moron who killed him. I pray that God sends each family member and all affected by his death, a Guardian Angel to soothe, comfort, protect and ease the family's suffering and all those affected, Amen
