436 we became fast friends at trooper school, I'll never forget calling you by your first name only to find out how much you didn't like being called by your first name. Then come the end of trooper school you had broken down and let everyone call you Jimmy because you knew you were surrounded by family. You are blue and grey through and through my friend. The patrol and the State mourn the horrible loss in not having you with us anymore.

Patrol the streets of heaven for us until we can meet with you again brother. Love you always 436, you are missed and will always be remembered.

Trooper Cenescar, Family,+ Colleagues: you are forever in our hearts, and will always be remembered for the Blood Sweat and Sacrifices made as you walk the beat with the Great I AM 7 days a week.
The State of Georgia is in mourning, and are in deep Gratitude, Appreciation, and are Humbled for what ALL Law Enforcements and other jurisdictions do by banning together, taking it day by day, and taking moments like these on our knees (if able) in JESUS Name. AMEN
