I mourn for this young officer and would hope and pray that her family and friends overcome their grief, knowing that she proudly served with honor, dignity and bravery. I too have a twin brother who is still in law enforcement, therefore I send a special message of respect and gratitude to not only the officer, but to her twin as well. Twins have a special bond, and the grieving process will be hard. This young officer was to have received her master's degree in a few days. She was truly a special human being, who shall not be forgotten by her brothers and sisters.

My condolences! Truly sickening that she was a young woman wanting to help change the narrative in her community just to become a victim to exactly what she was trying to fight. Breaks my heart. News story said she also was just about to graduate with her masters degree. Lord.
