What an incredible career of service to multiple jurisdictions from this law enforcement professional. The public is eternally grateful for the service of Sergeant Jèan-Harold Louis Astree. My wife and I met Jèan-Harold and his wife at the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team Law Enforcement Conference a few years back. Everyone joked that he looked like famous MLB athlete Darryl Strawberry, who was also at the conference as one of the featured speakers.

Jèan-Harold was one of the nicest people to talk to. He will be greatly missed! Sending condolences and comfort for the family in this difficult time!
