I served with Stan in the USMC. We called him “Tiny.” He was not. He was a gentle giant. Nobody messed with him. We were roommates in Corrections School in San Antonio and Okinawa, Japan. He was my friend. A great Marine and a great person. I am sorry to hear about his passing. My condolences to his family. We lost touch after our Okinawa tour. Semper Fi to you, my friend, and God bless you. The world is a lesser place without you. RIP.

Officer Kasper,
I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice-not just for your Community but for our Country as well when you served with the USMC. And to your Family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Officer Kasper,

Thank you for your sacrifice for our nation. May you be with the Lord and may he be with your family.

Lord Jesus, the endeavors of our nation’s law enforcement officers are often thankless. They must deal daily with the most wicked and volatile members of society. Sometimes, this interaction even costs them their lives. For this example, we praise and thank You. For like You, they are often mocked and scorned. Yet, even for their enemies, they laid down their lives. In Your mighty and holy name, I pray. Amen.

“Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.” [Psalm 23:4 ESV]

“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons [and daughters] of God.” [Matthew 5:9 ESV]

“Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.” [Matthew 5:4 ESV]
