Albert Bush is my great Uncle. You died serving the people of Canton and trying to get another criminal off the street. RIP Uncle Albert.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the one 78th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

Det. Bush,
On today, the 73rd anniversary of your murder, I would like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for the citizens of Canton. It took another six months, but your murderer finally got the justice that he deserved.

No law enforcement officer should be without a reflection and I am honored to acknowledge the ultimate sacrifice made by Detective Bush so many years ago while serving and protecting his community. May God continue to bless your family for their loss and may His perpetual light shine upon you and may you rest in His eternal peace. You will be in our thoughts and prayers as you will not be forgotten by those who come to this site as we are a family of survivors who remember to honor each loss of a hero.
