As a mother to a young son (23) who is a Sheriff's Deputy with a neighboring county, my heart hurts for this family. I can't even begin to understand that type of grief and pain. May Officer Jenkins rest in peace and may his family be comforted and surrounded by the support of all his sisters and brothers in blue. Rest easy and I know my son would say I Got Your 6.
