I am sad to learn of the passing of a Brother and Hero in Police Officer John Painter. I believe our Heavenly Father has welcomed him home into his loving arms where he will now patrol the Golden Streets of Heaven. May the Lord deliver Blessings, Comfort and Peace to his Family, Friends and all Members of the Bridgewater College Police Department, Virginia.

When I read this it took me back in time when another shooting occured at Virginia Tech. I wrote a song entitled 'Infinite Love' The words flowed as did the music. I am so very sorry for their loss. I too used to work as a campus Police Officer at Duke Univisirty in the 80's

I am a retired police officer. I am eighty years of age and now reside in Troy, Ohio. I graduated, in North Carolina, February 19, 1984-1994
