Rest in Peace Officer Holley. As a former Philadelphia Police Officer I would like to know why these evil individuals did this? Have them explain their sickness to Officer Holley's Family and her four children. They deserve the death penalty and soon. Not like in a cushy jail cell where they will live like kings. Sad State of affairs for Law Enforcement today. They should burn in hell.
