All too often heroes like Globe Patrolman Ashby go unnoticed over time and are soon forgotten. The research team at the Gila County Historical Museum uncovered this and brought forth the details of this heroic officer. He is the only officer to have paid the full measure protecting the businesses and citizens of Globe, Arizona.
