Deputy Ruiz exposed his life everyday, working within confinement overseeing felonious inmates. Deputy Juan Ruiz dedicated and demonstrated his honor, integrity and character, especially his bravery. Deputy Ruiz epitomizes what a genuine role model and hero truly is. " I lie down and sleep; I wake again, for the Lord sustains me.
