No matter what kind dof a day we would be having at work Sgt Risner never let it change his mood. He may have to get serious for a moment with us at work but he always went back to smiling and laughing. Sgt would go above and beyond for us at work and for our community and he will never be forgotten. We love you Sgt and will always be thinking of you, we will take it from here.
