Jimmy: I've driven through Stockton many times. We also used your agency/local jail for our drug training certifications. Thanks for your dedicated and valorous service to Stockton and to the state of California. Your sacrifice shall not be forgotten by those who have walked in your shoes. This could have happened to anyone of us. I pray that your children and wife do as well as can be expected in these difficult times and that they prosper, despite your loss. We otherwise honor your service and sacrifice.
