It breaks my heart to hear of another senseless death like this. No one can know the courage it takes to put on your uniform and badge every day, not knowing if you will come home at the end of your shift. Thank you for serving your community with grace, something we all need more than ever. My prayers go out to your family and co-workers.

How could something like this be avoided, in order to keep law enforcement safe? That's just it; law enforcement is supposed to keep us safe and that's what they did, with their lives! The ultimate sacrifice and while I don't live in this community where these officers were slain, I acknowledge them and pray for their families and that they may find strength in each other, moving forward.
