The desire to serve is easily misunderstood because it seems to then serve self last. Yet, it is nothing less than love for others that calls one to serve. Alejandro Flores' love for his family and his people, meaning us all, as well as his county, will live on through all of those whose paths he crossed I'm certain. I would have liked to have known him, but even so, not knowing him, I will not forget him. Semper Fi, brother.
