Thank you for your 8 years of service as a reserve deputy constable with the Second City Court of New Orleans Constable's Office in Louisiana and your 18 months of service with the Tulane University Police Department and with the Loyola University Police. We are all thankful to you for your service, your devotion and your sacrifices, and to your family and friends for their sacrifices. Our hearts break for your family, and we want them to know that you will never be forgotten!
