Dear family and friends of Deputy Gibson,

May the Lord give you all peace and comfort during this time of sorrow and loss.

It is such a terrible event when an officer is killed in the line of duty protecting the public. Deputy Gibson served his country in the Marine Corps and as a line police officer. This is a tragedy that should remind all of us to respect the brave officers that serve us daily.
