I graduated the Houston Police academy with Harold in 1979 and worked with him for several years on patrol. He was an outstanding police officer and incredible person. It was an honor to serve with Harold and a blessing to call him my friend. I am comforted in knowing that he is now in the presence of our lord and Savior. Prayers for comfort, peace and understanding to his family, friends and co-workers during this incredibly difficult time. Rest In Peace my brother.
