Phan,

Thank you for being my light in the dark. Words cannot describe how proud I am of the person you were. It devastates me that such a beautiful soul was taken too soon, but it warms my heart to know that you are at peace now.

There’s never a day that goes by where I don’t think about you. I love and miss you so much. Rest in Love and Peace, JP.

The true measure of a person
is not found in the
might of their arm,
their wealth
or their power –
it is found in the strength
of their character.

There is no greater testimony to
ones character, than ones
willingness to sacrifice all,
in the noble quest of
providing protection to all
whom they serve.
