The true measure of a person
is not found in the
might of their arm,
their wealth
or their power –
it is found in the strength
of their character.

There is no greater testimony to
ones character, than ones
willingness to sacrifice all,
in the noble quest of
providing protection to all
whom they serve.

Please accept our deepest condolences for the family, friends and colleagues of our hero Officer Jorge. Cabrera. These are difficult times were living in and many of us are suffering. We ourselves cannot fix the pain when we have experienced a lost of a love one. But our God Jehovah (Psalms 83:18 King James Version [KJV]) will take action soon on a global scale and reverse all of the damage the wicked one has caused from the beginning of mankind. He has appointed His son Jesus Christ (Luke 1: 30-32 KJV) .

Heavenly Father, I boldly come before your throne of grace in sincere, faithful, and fervent prayer. I lift up to You for Your blessings and divine redemption and salvation, all those law enforcement officers who have fallen in the Line-of-Duty. For the Holy Scriptures proclaim, “For the policeman does not frighten people who are doing right; but those doing evil will always fear him. So if you don’t want to be afraid, keep the laws and you will get along well. The policeman is sent by God to help you. But if you are doing something wrong, of course you should be afraid, for he will have you punished. He is sent by God for that very purpose.” [Romans 13:3-4] Christ Jesus said, “No one has greater love than this, that someone would lay down his life for his friends.” [John 15:13] and “The peacemakers are blessed, for they will be called sons [children] of God.” [Matthew 5:9]. May God bless, support, and surround the men and women of law enforcement with the hedge of Your protection as they serve and protect us every day and every night. In Christ Jesus, I pray for the BLUE. Amen.

A police officer should be remembered not by how he died, but how he lived! A great man has gone to secure a safe path for the rest of us to follow. Thank you to you, your family and the Mission Police Department . Our country is a little less safe without you. Rest in Peace Brother!

When I got the news you were gone, I was in disbelief because not too long we were talking and laughing and I was telling you about my problems! You ALWAYS heard me out and you were one of the few people I trusted in the department! You helped me with a lot, from crash reports to advice on questions I had! You were truly and amazing person and a great officer/brotherin blue!
You knew how to brighten peoples days and make them smile! You always had a smile on your face when I would see you come into work!
God took and amazing person from all of us and you will deeply be missed at the department!
Thank you Cabrera for everything you helped me with and all the advice you gave to me throughout these years I got to know you!
You had a big heart and now God has you up there with Him!
Rest in peace! We all love you and the Mission Police Department just suffered another great loss!
