Rest in Peace brother and watch over us. We will protect and serve from here on in your honor.

I fight not for glory or fame, for they are momentary. I fight for those who can't. I fight for Justice. I fight for the oppressed and the down trodden. And if I should lose my life for these just causes, then I have no regrets, For I serve to protect the innocent. It matters not where or when, for evil knows no boundaries. Be it fire, flood, or the threat of tyranny, I will not flee. Justice is my weapon. Faith is my shield. Hope is my armor. Cry not at my passing, for it was my Honor to fight for you. Shed not tears of sorrow, But tears of joy, for now, I stand with God.

Please accept our deepest condolences for the family, friends and colleagues of our hero Officer V. Herbert Garcia. Soon all of sickness, the lost of our loved ones, wicked people and in fact the system itself will be replaced as foretold by the Bible. Please refer to your Bible: Apocalypse 21:3,4; Daniel 2:44; Matthew 6:10.

How will all this benefit us and in the case of our loved ones who has passed away like in the case of Officer V Herbert Garcia? How will this benefit Garcia's family? Let the Bible answer these questions. It's the oldest, most practical and wisest treasure we in our possession.

As referred above in Matthew 6:10 our Lord's Prayer; "Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven." The way were leaving today we are not experiencing these benefits yet. The true measure of a person
is not found in the
might of their arm,
their wealth
or their power –
it is found in the strength
of their character.

There is no greater testimony to
ones character, than ones
willingness to sacrifice all,
in the noble quest of
providing protection to all
whom they serve.

Heavenly Father, I boldly come before your throne of grace in sincere, faithful, and fervent prayer. I lift up to You for Your blessings and divine redemption and salvation, all those law enforcement officers who have fallen in the Line-of-Duty. For the Holy Scriptures proclaim, “For the policeman does not frighten people who are doing right; but those doing evil will always fear him. So if you don’t want to be afraid, keep the laws and you will get along well. The policeman is sent by God to help you. But if you are doing something wrong, of course you should be afraid, for he will have you punished. He is sent by God for that very purpose.” [Romans 13:3-4] Christ Jesus said, “No one has greater love than this, that someone would lay down his life for his friends.” [John 15:13] and “The peacemakers are blessed, for they will be called sons [children] of God.” [Matthew 5:9]. May God bless, support, and surround the men and women of law enforcement with the hedge of Your protection as they serve and protect us every day and every night. In Christ Jesus, I pray for the BLUE. Amen.

A corrections officer should be remembered not by how he died, but how he lived! A great man has gone to secure a safe path for the rest of us to follow. Thank you to you, your family and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice . Our country is a little less safe without you. Rest in Peace Brother!
