Corporal Walker, on this actual anniversary of your untimely death I’d like to reiterate my previous reflection and say that your law enforcement family will never forget. I hope your family and loved ones take some small solace in knowing that you left us a hero serving his community and you will always be honored as such. Rest in peace always.

As a recently discovered LODD, I am honored to be the second of what I am sure will be many to come forward to say thank you for your service, and please know that your sacrifice will never, ever be forgotten by your law enforcement brethren. Rest in peace always.
