Reflections for Director N. Kyle Coleman

So sad to hear the news.

May you rest in peace after having served those around you. My thoughts are with you, your family, fellow officers and friends.

My condolences to his family, friends, and co-workers. I wrote the following:

God is control;
He has sent his ministering angles
to watch over those who are
suffering knowing, in your heart,
You would gladly take their stead;
These are the unsung heroes of today
who forge ahead.

They have God's enforcement

The true measure of a person
is not found in the
might of their arm,
their wealth
or their power –
it is found in the strength
of their character.

There is no greater testimony to
ones character, than ones
willingness to sacrifice all,
in the noble quest of
providing protection to all
whom they serve.

Rest in peace, Director Coleman. You deserve your divine reward. Thank you for your tireless efforts in helping the forgotten fallen officers to be remembered. It’s a special kind of tragedy that you have fallen to an unseen enemy, a virus which has undoubtedly caused the deaths of other officers who may become forgotten, despite all of the best efforts because of all the chaos this unseen enemy has caused. May you and your efforts never be forgotten.

May God comfort your family, friends, and fellow officers at this difficult time.

God bless and protect the Thin Blue Line that protects us all.

Mother of & Family Member of Law Enforcement

“The peacemakers are blessed, for they will be called sons [children] of God.” [Matthew 5:9 HCSB];

“Those who mourn are blessed, for they will be comforted.” [Matthew 5:4 HCSB], and;

“No one has greater love than this, that someone would lay down his life for his friends.” [John 15:13 HCSB]

Depart in peace, Brother-in-Blue; in the name of God the Father who created you; in the name of Christ Jesus who redeemed you; in the name of the Holy Spirit who sanctifies you. May you rest in peace and dwell forever with the Lord. Amen.
