May Our Lord have a Special Place in His Heavenly Home for Wildlife Officer, Julian Keen. Officer keen is a TRUE HERO. Officer was Off Duty but still took action when faced with trying to stop this hit and run offender. My Deepest sympathies go out to any family members he may have, and to his Department.

These animals that killed Officer Keen should rot in Hell.
