Officer Bull, it has been 36 years since you were taken from us. Northern New England law enforcement has continued to thrive, learn and become safer due to the traditions and sacrifices that you and too many others have made for us. Thank you for your service.

I did not personally know you Jeff, however I do know your sister and if you were anything like her you must have been quite the character. It would have been an honor and a privilege to have known and worked with you. Your legacy will live on, RIP!

Well, Jeff... your baby sister was only 27 when you were slain. I will be 60 this year... yet it still feels like yesterday. It is not only this day I think of you. I think of you ALL the time. You would be so proud of your 'girls' and your grandchildren. Your life here left a major, positive impact on so many...not a few but 100's. My words can not express your legacy.

I'm feeling a lot of sadness in missing you today. Last year on this day on of the boys that hit your patrol car got killed in a motorcycle accident. He was I believe 42. He had children too. I'm sure he must have regretted stealing the van and then killing you. It was such a sad day for everyone. Your daughters are such pretty girls and have very nice husbands and beautiful children. I can just picture you with your grandchildren. I will see you again someday. RIP ❤️

Its been 28 years and not a day goes by that I don't think of you. I have so many happy memories of times spent with you. Whether its your famous whoopie pies, meatball subs, being Santa for the community, your help with little league or cookouts at the house....so so many happy memories. My boys have grown up knowing you just like you were still here. My oldest is now 17 and thinking of a career on the police force because you have been such an inspiration. As ironic as it may seem, one of your offenders met his maker this past Saturday (the anniversary of your death) and died the same way you did. Everything happens for a reason, however, I know because of who you were...you would be sad for this individual and not wish any harm on him. I love you more everyday and memories are imprinted on my brain of you. May you rest in peace and I look forward to joining you some day and hearing your voice and laughter again!

I had the privilege of serving a short time with Jeff when he first started as a Patrolman in Lebanon. He died just a short time after I left the area. I remember him as a selfless dedicated man. I still think of him and thankful for him and others who gave all.

Its hard to believe its been 26 years. I still remember that day, that call. I was on my way to Little League and was at the intersection when these careless teens went flying through and right behind them was our community hero. Your actions probably saved the lives of others along that busy road, with lots of kids just like me going to little league and families going out to enjoy a spring day.

We will never forget your sacrifice to our community. This year we will award the first ever Jeffrey Lee Bull Memorial Scholarship to a young man or woman from Lebanon who wants to go into public safety, just like you.

You were a role model to many, including myself. May you and your wife watch over your beautiful family and our entire community. We will again honor you this year with our community festival, and to continue the scholarship in your name.

Forever grateful for your sacrifice to protect and serve our community.

26 years ago tomorrow you lost your life protecting our country. This is a day and a phone call I will truly never forget. You gave me so many other many happy memories that I will also never forget...and for that I want to say Thank you Uncle Jeff! I miss you every day but I thank God for the moments I had with you to share with my own children. Until we meet again.... RIP ♥
