Semper Fi brother...God Bless you and your family. Your dedication to duty is obvious and knowing you are on duty above watching out for your fellow brothers and sisters in blue is comforting. You are remembered and you will never be forgotten.

My condolences to the family of Officer Mosher. He left this world doing what he was trained to do: to protect and serve his community. He died defending our freedom and helping the helpless. He took onto himself the burden of the victim(s) of the hit and run and fought for them in the moment of their greatest need. He was and is a true superhero.

To his wife and child, I am praying for you that the Lord Himself will visit you in your grief and reveal himself to you in an abundance of ways. I know the nature of Law Enforcement and you will be surrounded by support in the coming weeks. In time, that support will be there for you over the long haul of grief. Please obtain the services of a Police Chaplain or a family minister as well as a faith-based therapist to help you. May God deeply bless you during this time.

Chaplain Tommy Vowell
Chattanooga Police Department (Chattanooga, TN)

A police officer should be remembered not by how he died, but how he lived! A great man has gone to secure a safe path for the rest of us to follow. Thank you to you, your family and the Overland Park Police Department. Our country is a little less safe without you. Rest in Peace Brother!
